A few of us Optometry wives went to the beach on Monday while the men studied for finals.
We went to a beach where there were little streams that were perfect for the kids to play in, although Porter wasn't all that interested in them because they were freezing cold.
He was more interested in taking everyone else's toys and getting into everyone else's food.

We had so much fun at the beach and the day was so nice! I'm so glad we had the opportunity to go! We even got a bit of a burn...of course.
For those wondering (Mom): Yes, we wore sunscreen, but even that never seems to be enough with our freakishly white skin.
*sigh*

Ohhh, i sure do miss that about the grove. What fabulous beaches they have there....and what fabulous mama's to enjoy them with. Sigh....we need some real beaches here. What am I going to do when I move to Illinois? NOOO sandy beautiful beaches. Oh well, plenty of ice scating. Can't wait to see you guys, your family pics turned out sensational....of course! Megan is so wonderful!
