Yee-Haw!

Porter and I went to the rodeo in Georgetown with the APX wives :) It was a lot of fun! I especially loved showing off Porter's adorable cow outfit! My awesome cowgirl hat was given to me from the APX wives for my birthday :) I LOVE it!!

Chelsey, Porter, and I were the only ones who went all out, so we had to have our own photo shoot ;)

This is the rodeo clown. His outfit was too funny to not take a picture! I bet he was really hot, though!

I love these girls!!

Capitol, Milestone, & Shlitterbahn

Seth and I have decided to take little tours of Austin on the remaining Sundays we have here together, so last Sunday we took a trip to the Capitol building! I worked a little on my photographer skills, as well :)

Here's Porter and Seth! My two cute boys!
This cannon was used in the Civil war and the Texas Revolution. I thought that was pretty neat.

You can't really read this, but it says David Crokett. Another neat thing :)

Porter's hangin' on! Doesn't want to do any more traveling...
So, once home, Porter surprised us with a little roll! He's be rolling over like a pro ever since! It's like he's been doing it all the time!
My baby's so cute!!
Seth and I went to Shlitterbahn Waterpark on Monday with Glenn and Kathy Jensen and family. It was a lot of fun to just spend the day with Seth and family members. I'm glad we're so close to them so we can do stuff. I didn't take any pictures because I was having too much fun watching the kid and riding rides. Luckily, non of us got a sunburn! I'm so glad.
When we got home that night, it was too late for Seth to go out and work, so he took me out to Olive Garden for my birthday dinner. It was really nice to have another day off with him.
PS: Thanks for the birthday wishes!!

Sierra's 22!!

I had a really fun birthday on Friday! Seth got me a sewing machine!! He was really creative with the wrapping paper...it's the APX contracts and window stickers...I thought it was great!

Seth took me to "Get Smart" in the morning, which is hilarious, by the way, and everyone should go see it! We've seen the old series because my mom owns them, and I think that made it funnier. It seemed like we were the only ones laughing in the theater, though...oh well! It's really funny!
After we saw the movie, we picked up a quick lunch at Chick-fil-A before heading back to the apartments to pick up Porter from Chelsea Baugh's. Chelsea babysat for us while we were at the movie. She is pregnant and due in September, and will make such a good mommy :) Porter was really good, which isn't normal. Maybe we should have people babysit him more...
After that, I took a nap with Porter...a much needed one at that...before we went bowling with the APX wives :). We have made a little bowling league called AGX: Austin Girls Strike. (You know you're jealous) Porter is the "mascot" and looked so cute, like always ;).

Brooke surprised me while we were at the bowling alley with an adorable, yummy cake!!
(had to Chelsea, too funny :) )

For a gift, the girls all pitched in and got me a REALLY cute cowgirl hat for the upcoming rodeos! I'm totally stoked!! I love these girls :)

Once Seth got home that night, we made a cake while I exercised. Hence...the BYU-I workout clothes...and looking a bit like poo...

Babies and Mommies Don't Like Needles...

Porter is now four months old, and along with that comes being poked for immunizations and blood tests. Poor kid had to have a blood test to see if the over-active enzymes in his liver and his white blood cell count were back to normal. I'm not worried, but it's good to know for sure. He was definitely a trooper. He didn't cry very hard during the immunizations, and was fine about thirty seconds later. But, when he got his blood taken, he wasn't happy, and I wanted to almost push the nurses aside to get them away from my baby. Good thing Seth was the one holding him. Even after all that drama, Porter was doing fine about 10 minutes later. What a strong little boy.
...Both of the following pictures were taken today...

Georgetown

A few of us wives down here went to Georgetown to go shopping at a really cute market event they were having on Saturday. We went to some nice boutiques and to a store called "Hippie Cowgirl" to get a hats for the upcoming rodeos we will be attending. Gotta fit in :) And had lunch at a really nice restaurant called Romeo's. The only thing I ended up getting was a cute little cow outfit for Porter, so he can be a "cowboy" ;). It was a lot of fun, and poor Porter got his first little sunburn because he wouldn't keep his little blanket on his legs while we were out in the sun. I think I need to get some sort of covering for his stroller...or a stroller that I can put his car seat in so he can have some shade...

Here's a few more adorable pictures of Porter :)

"Look, Mama Jensen, here's your cute outfit you gave me with the woof woof bum!"

"I'm holding my head up better, and not crying so much, but I still don't like being on my belly Mommy..."

Got it!!
